茵陈蒿汤源于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》一书，是治黄疸第一良方。具有清热、利湿、解毒和退黄等功效。现代药理研究表明，其方有保护肝损伤及抗肝纤维化等保肝利胆作用，临床上以治疗黄疸型肝炎、非酒精性脂肪肝等为主。综述了茵陈蒿汤在化学成分，肝胆疾病的治疗及其药理作用等方面的研究进展。同时，基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)这一概念中的五原则途径和以现代生物学技术为基础的代谢组学研究、网络药理学等来预测分析茵陈蒿汤质量标志物。提示绿原酸、滨蒿内酯、茵陈色原酮、栀子苷、西红花苷Ⅰ、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷可作为该复方的Q-marker，以期为茵陈蒿汤质量控制体系的建立提供科学的参考依据。
Research Progress of Classical Prescription Yinchenhao Decoction(茵陈蒿汤)in Treating Hepatobiliary Diseases and Predictive Analysis of Quality Markers
Yinchenhao Decoction(茵陈蒿汤)is derived from ZHANG Zhongjin's Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Dis-eases and is the primary prescription for the treatment of jaundice.This prescription has the effects of clearing heat and damp-ness,detoxification and removing jaundice.Modern pharmacological studies have found that it has anti-liver injury,anti-hepat-ic fibrosis other hepatoprotective effects,mainly used in clinical jaundice hepatitis and non-alcoholic fatty liver treatment.The author has reviewed the latest research progress of Yinchenhao Decoction in chemical composition,treatment of hepatobiliary dis-eases and its pharmacological effects.At the same time,the quality markers of Yinchenhao Decoction were predicted and analyzed according to the transfer and traceability,specificity,effectiveness,measurability and compound compatibility environment in the concept of quality markers(Q-markers)of traditional Chinese medicine and based on modern biological techniques such as metabolomics and network pharmacology.It was suggested that chlorogenic acid,scoparone,capillarisin,gardenoside,crocin Ⅰ,rhein,aloe-emodin and physcion-8-O-β-D-glucoside can be used as the Q-marker of the compound,providing a scien-tific reference for the establishment of the quality control system of Yinchenhao Decoction.
