Effect of Shenghong Ningxinfang Granules(参红宁心方颗粒)in Treatment of Unstable Angina(UA)and Influence on Inflammatory Factors
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and effect of Shenghong Ningxinfang Granules(参红宁心方颗粒)on coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris and the effects on inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),human matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)].To explore the TCM mechanism and clinical use of unstable angina.Method A total of 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease were randomly classified into the treatment group and the control group,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine regimen according to the guidelines,and the treatment group was combined with Shenghong Ningxinfang Granules on the conventional basic treatment of western medicine,and the study observed the angina attack rate,nitroglycerin stop reduction rate,electrocardiogram improvement,TCM certificate score,blood lipid index and inflammatory factor level changes before and after treatment in the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in terms of angina attack and TCM certificate score between the treatment group and the control group(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of improving the levels of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,MMP-9,IL-6,TNF-α),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05).The lipid indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of ST segment of electrocardiogram(ECG)was 86.67％(26/30)in the treatment group and 76.67％(23/30)in the control group,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The cessation rate of nitroglycerin of the patients in the treat-ment group was 83.33％(25/30),and that of the control group was 63.34％(19/30),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shenghong Ningxinfang Gran-ules with conventional western medicine for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease can significantly re-duce the angina attacks,improve the clinical symptoms,effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors,help to improve the heart function,tje clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients,and it is safe and reliable after medication.
