目的 探究益肾解毒汤联合硝呋太尔制霉素+多西环素+复方甘草酸苷胶囊对阴道炎患者的雌激素水平、肾功能、肝功能及瘙痒评分的影响。方法 研究为回顾性研究，选取2019年3月-2021年3月医院收治的130例阴道炎合并皮肤瘙痒的患者，根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组，各65例。对照组采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊+多西环素+复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上联用益肾解毒汤，均连续治疗14 d。观察并比较两组性激素[黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone，LH)、卵泡雌激素(follicles estrogen，FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol，E2)及睾酮(testosterone，T)]、肾功能[肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate，GFR)水平、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen，BUN)、血肌酐(blood cre-atinine，Scr)、24 h 尿蛋白含量水平(24-hour urine protein content level，24 h pro)]、四项目瘙痒量表(four-item itch ques-tionnaire，FIIQ)评分、不良反应发生情况和生活质量。结果 两组治疗后的LH、FSH、E2、T等性激素表达水平均显著优于治疗前，且观察组显著优于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗后，观察组Scr、BUN、24 h pro和CFR等肾功能指标均优于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗后，观察组IgG、IgM、MDA、SOD等肝功能指标水平均低于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗后，观察组患者的FIIQ评分各项均显著低于对照组，差异对比具有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。治疗后，观察组患者的躯体能力、生理状态、心理状态、社会参与情况和一般健康情况5个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。结论 益肾解毒汤联合硝呋太尔制霉素+多西环素+复方甘草酸苷胶囊能有效改善阴道炎患者雌激素水平，提升患者肾功能和肝功能，减轻患者皮肤瘙痒症状，提高患者生活质量，且未增加不良反应，值得进一步深入开展相关研究。
Effects of Yishen Jiedu Decoction(益肾解毒汤)on Estrogen Level,Renal Function,Liver Function and Pruritus Score in Treatment of Vaginitis
Objective To explore the effects of Yishen Jiedu Decoction(益肾解毒汤)combined with nifurtil nystatin+doxy-cycline+Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules on estrogen level,renal function,liver function and itch score in patients with vagini-tis.Methods This study was a retrospective study.A total of 130 patients with vaginitis complicated with skin pruritus who were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 65 cases in each.The control group was treated with Nifurtil Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules combined with doxycycline and Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 14 consecutive days.The levels of sex hormones(luteinizing hormone(LH),follicular estrogen(FSH),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)],renal function[glomerular filtration rate(GFR),blood urea nitro-gen(BUN),blood creatinine(Scr),24-hour urine protein content level(24 h pro)],four-item itch questionnaire(FIIQ)score,adverse response occurrence and quality of life of two groups were observed and compared.Results The levels of LH,FSH,E2,T and other sex hormones in the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,and the levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes such as Scr,BUN,24 h pro and CFR in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Af-ter treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM,MDA,SOD and other liver function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the FIIQ scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical ability,physiologi-cal state,psychological state,social participation and general health of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jiedu Decoction combined with nifurtil nystatin+doxycycline+Compound Gly-cyrrhizin Capsules can effectively improve estrogen levels in patients with vaginitis,improve renal and liver function,alleviate skin itching symptoms,improve quality of life of patients,and do not increase adverse reactions.It is worthy to further carry out related research.
