Objective To develop Diagnostic Criteria for Accumulation and Stagnation in Children with clear framework,indica-tors and strong operability so as to provide a basis for clinical practice and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in pediat-rics.Method Based on the literature research method,combined with the experience of the research group,the framework of diag-nostic criteria and various levels of pediatric accumulation and stagnation disease were preliminarily established.And then con-sensus method(including Delphi method and nominal group technique)was used to seek the expert opinion.Finally,it devel-oped the Diagnostic Criteria for Accumulation and Stagnation in Children.Results The study established the Diagnostic Criteria for Accumulation and Stagnation in Children,which consisted of five levels:history,course of disease,diagnostic indices,diseases to be ruled out,diagnostic condition.Conclusion The research method adopted in this study is appropriate to ensure the compre-hensiveness of the content and the objectivity of the results.Diagnostic Criteria for Accumulation and Stagnation in Children is scientific and practical,which can be used as a reference for clinical scientific research and medical workers of pediatric stagna-tion disease.This diagnostic criteria has been approved by China Association of Chinese Medicine which is numbered T/CACM1387-2022.
