摘要

经筋作为经络理论的重要组成部分,在临床上对以针灸推拿为核心的中医外治疗法发挥着重要的指导作用.经筋针刺临床应用领域众多,但缺少明确的辨证施治思维及其相关作用机制的研究.故通过释析经筋实质及发病机制,探讨经筋针刺的临床应用方法,从中医"整体观念"及"辨证论治"角度为经筋病的诊断与治疗提供统一的辨证施治思路,并论述《内经》"解结"法应用到经筋针刺的作用机制,以期为经筋针刺理论体系的完善与发展提供新思路.

Abstract

As an important part of the meridian theory,needling meridian sinew plays an important guiding role in the exter-nal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture and Tuina as the core.There are many clinical applications of needling meridian sinew,but there is a lack of clear research on the syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking and related mechanisms of action.Therefore,this article explored the clinical application methods of needling meridian sinew by interpreting the essence and pathogenesis of meridian diseases,providing a unified syndrome differentiation and treatment approach for the di-agnosis and treatment of meridian diseases from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine"holistic concept"and"syndrome differentiation and treatment".It also discussed the mechanism of the application of the"knot-untying method"in the Neijing to meridian tendons acupuncture,in order to provide new ideas for the improvement and development of the theoretical system of meridian tendons acupuncture.
