摘要
水蛭,最早见于《神农本草经》,其历史悠久,为破血消癥、活血祛瘀要药,是脑系疾病治疗的常用药物.根据目前研究总结发现,水蛭药理作用包括抗凝血、抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗纤维化、抗细胞凋亡、抑制血脂等方面.随着对水蛭临床疗效的逐步认识,运用中医药治疗脑病也愈加常见.水蛭在治疗脑病中的优势逐渐显现,运用水蛭治疗卒中、头痛、眩晕、痴呆、颤证等脑系疾病常取得较好疗效.
Abstract
Shuizhi(leech),first seen in the Shennong Materia Medica,has a long history.It is a commonly used drug for the treatment of brain diseases.Its pharmacological effects include anti-coagulation,anti-thrombosis,anti-tumor,anti-inflamma-tion,anti-fibrosis,anti-apoptosis and anti-lipid.With the gradual understanding of the clinical effect of Shuizhi(leech),the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat brain diseases is more and more common.Its advantages in the treatment of brain dis-eases are gradually emerging,the use of Shuizhi(leech)in the treatment of stroke,headache,vertigo,dementia,fibrillation syn-drome and other brain diseases have achieved good curative effect.
