Research Progress of Extraction,Purification,Structural Characteristics and Bioactivities of Polysaccharides from Baiji(Bletilla striata)
The main methods used for extracting Baiji(Bletilla striata)polysaccharide(BSP)include solvent extraction and auxiliary extraction.The main methods of separation and purification include activated carbon or hydrogen peroxide decoloriza-tion,Sevage deproteinization and column chromatography separation.Phenol sulfuric acid method and anthrone sulfuric acid method are commonly used in content determination.The molecular weight was determined by high performance liquid chroma-tography,infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography and other methods.Structural characterization is mainly deter-mined using liquid chromatography,infrared spectroscopy or nuclear magnetic resonance methods.BSP is a polysaccharide that has various biological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,immune regulation and promoting wound healing effects.It has broad application prospects in the field of biomedicine.BSP has good pharmacological activity,and cur-rently most of its research is on crude polysaccharides,and its pharmacological activity is still in the cellular stage.Therefore,the research on its extraction,separation,purification,structural identification and biological activity is still a hot topic of social con-cern.This article mainly reviewed the research progress in the extraction,separation,purification,structural composition and bio-logical activity of BSP and systematically analyzed it,providing a theoretical basis for the deep development and utilization of BSP and subsequent research.
