Exploring Application Rules and Potential New Prescriptions of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)Based on"Disease-Drug-Dosage"
Objective To reveal the medication rules of the clinical prescriptions containing Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)and pro-vide a basis for the modern clinical application of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae).Method The prescriptions containing Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM and PubMed and then a basic database of prescriptions was es-tablished via Excel(Microsoft Office 2019).IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 24.0 were used to analyze the frequen-cy statistics and association rules of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)compatibility drugs,diseases treated and clinical dosage.Results A total of 145 prescriptions containing Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)were collected,and a total of 40 kinds of indications were includ-ed.The most frequent symptoms(≥3 times)were"stroke"and"epilepsy".There were 20 high-frequency drugs(frequency 20 times),and the most frequently used drugs were Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Tiannanxing(Arisaematis Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),etc.The main efficacy of the drugs was to dissipate phlegm,relieve cough and relieve wheez-ing.The medicinal properties of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)were mainly cold and warm,the flavor was mainly bitter and sweet,and the drugs mainly belonged to the lung,liver,heart and stomach meridians.The dosage of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)was mainly 30 mL,but it can be used to 150 mL in stroke,and 100 mL to 500 mL in epilepsy.Two potential new formulations contai-ning Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)were predicted in this study for stroke and epilepsy.Conclusions For stroke,Zhuli(Succus Bam-busae)is more effective in clearing heat and dissipating phlegm.For epilepsy,Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)has the effect of resol-ving phlegm and opening orifices,which fully reflects the unique efficacy and advantages of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae)in different diseases and syndromes.For the usage and dosage of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae),30 mL is recommended to be taken by mixing with water or taken separately.If the patient is in the stage of acute attack,150 mL can be considered to be taken after decocting with other medicinal herbs.This study has a certain significance for the clinical application of Zhuli(Succus Bambusae),and provides new ideas for the compatibility and dosage of new clinical prescription.
