结构方程模型在中西医结合防治心血管疾病领域的应用探索

心血管病发生率正逐年攀升,病死率占比颇高,已成为威胁人类健康的首要疾病。中西医结合治疗是中国医学特色疗法和优势手段之一,在心血管疾病领域应用广泛,但在目前研究中,由于中医理论的复杂性和传统统计方法的局限性,针对疾病中医病机规律的客观化推导较少,在一定程度上限制了中医药文化的传承与发展。结构方程模型作为一种具有引入潜在变量、有效处理误差、分析多变量关系等优势的现代化统计方法,能对疾病变量间的复杂因果关系进行客观化分析,以阐明疾病的发病机制。此模型可为中医传统理论提供有力的数据支持,有助于结合现代西医诊疗经验,推进临床中西医结合防治心血管疾病工作的开展。
Exploring Application of Structural Equation Model in Field of Integrative Therapy to Prevent and Treat Cardiovascular Diseases
The incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year,and the proportion of population deaths is quite high.It has become the primary disease threatening human health.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is one of the characteristic therapies and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,which is widely used in the field of cardiovascular dis-ease.However,in the current research,due to the complexity of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the limitations of tradi-tional statistical methods,there are few objective deductions for the laws of pathogenesis of diseases in traditional Chinese medi-cine,which to some extent limits the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.As a modern statistical method with the advantages of introducing potential variables,effectively handling errors and analyzing the multivariate relation-ships,the structural equation model can objectively analyze the complex causal relationship among disease variables to clarify the pathogenesis of disease.This model can provide strong data support for traditional Chinese medicine theory,and help to promote the clinical work of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by combining modern western medicine diagnosis and treatment experience.
