基于重金属及有害元素对不同产地仙茅的质量评价

目的 对云南、贵州、四川等产地仙茅药材中的重金属及有害元素进行测定分析和评价,为仙茅药材中重金属及有害元素的质量标准研制提供科学依据。方法 采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对各产地样品的重金属及有害元素进行检测和分析。结果 不同产地仙茅药材中的重金属及有害元素含量存在一定的差异,以《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(2004)为参照,砷、铅、汞、铜的含量均符合该项标准,7个产地镉的含量则高于0。3 mg/kg的标准。结论 实验研究建立的仙茅药材重金属及有害元素的检测方法具有快速、简便、准确等优点,不仅可用于仙茅药材质量评价,也可为其他种类中药材重金属及有害元素含量测定及评价提供参考。
Quality Evaluation of Xianmao(Curculigo orchioides)from Different Areas Based on Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements
Objective Through the determination and evaluation of the heavy metals and harmful elements in the medicinal ma-terials of Xianmao(Curculigo orchioides)from Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan provinces,it provides scientific basis for the devel-opment of the quality standards of heavy metals and harmful elements in the medicinal materials of Xianmao(Curculigo or-chioides).Method The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion,and the heavy metals and harmful elements in the sam-ples from various places of origin were detected and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Re-sults There were certain differences in the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in samples from different places of ori-gin.Taking the Green Industry Standard for the Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations(2004)as a reference,the contents of arsenic,lead,mercury and copper met the standard,while the contents of cadmium in seven places of origin were high-er than 0.3 mg/kg.Conclusion The detection method of heavy metals and harmful elements in the medicinal materials of Xian-mao(Curculigo orchioides)established in the experiment has the advantages of being fast,simple and accurate.It can not only be used for the quality evaluation of the medicinal materials of Xianmao(Curculigo orchioides),but also provide a reference for the determination and evaluation of the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in other kinds of Chinese medicinal materials.
