Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)Combined with Surgery in Treatment of Patients with Primary Glaucoma and Its Influence for Serum Oxidative Stress Indexes
Objective To study the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)combined with surgery in the treatment of patients with primary glaucoma and its influence for the serum oxidative stress indexes.Methods Sixty-six patients with pri-mary glaucoma in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were divided into two groups according to random principle.The control group(33 cases)were treated with conventional compound trabeculectomy and the observation group(33 cases)were treated with Longdan Xiegan Detection on the treatment of control group.Then the total effective rates of different types,intraocu-lar pressure,anterior chamber depth,coefficient of outflow facility and serum oxidative stress indexes before and after the treat-ment in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of different types of glaucoma in the observation group were higher than those of the control group and intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,coefficient of outflow facility and serum oxidative stress indexes of the observation group after the treatment were all obviously better than those before treatment and those of control group at the same time and there were all significant differences(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Longdan Xie-gan Decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of patients with primary glaucoma and its influence for the serum oxidative stress indexes are better,and its influence for the serum oxidative stress indexes is also more obvious.
