摘要
小柴胡汤出自东汉医圣张仲景所编《伤寒论》,全方共奏疏肝解郁、扶正祛邪之效,主治少阳经证.对小柴胡汤的临床应用和作用机制两个方面的现代文献进行梳理,阐述了小柴胡汤在临床上广泛用于治疗神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、内分泌疾病以及皮肤科疾病、耳鼻喉科疾病等病种,且获良效.同时从作用机制方面阐述了小柴胡汤治疗疾病的机制可能和抗炎、调节免疫、保护肝肾组织、调节血糖和血脂代谢等机制相关.
Abstract
Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)is from Treatise on Febrile Diseases compiled by ZHANG Zhongjing,a medical sage of the Eastern Han Dynasty.The whole prescription plays the effect of soothing liver and relieving depression,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,mainly treats Shaoyang meridian syndrome.This paper reviewed the modern literature on the clinical application and mechanism of action of Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)and expounded that Xi-aochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)were widely used and achieved good results in the treatment of nervous system diseases,digestive system diseases,respiratory system diseases,urinary system diseases,endocrine diseases,dermatology diseases and otorhinolaryn-gology diseases.At the same time,the mechanism of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of diseases may be related to anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,liver and kidney tissue protection,blood sugar and lipid regulation.
