Effects of Bushen Xuanfei Recipe(补肾宣肺方)on IP-10,Rantes and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Attack of Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Xuanfei Recipe(补肾宣肺方)combined with Western medicine on in-terferon-y inducing protein 10(IP-10),T cell expression and secretion of activating regulatory factors(Rantes)and inflamma-tory factors in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 140 patients with acute attack of chronic bronchitis treated in Sanya people's Hospital from August 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the ration of 1:1.70 in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 70 cases in the observation group were treated with Bushen Xuanfei Recipe combined with western medicine.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups after 2 weeks were counted,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores,quality of life score and IP-10,Rantes,inflammatory factors,blood gas index and forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of the expected value(FEV1％)were recorded.Results Efficacy:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).TCM syndromes:The scores of cough,expectoration,chest shortness of breath and yellow and sticky phlegm in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Inspection:The levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IP-10,Rantes,high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of IFN-y and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the levels of IP-10,Rantes,hs-CRP and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Blood gas and lung function:The ar-terial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and FEV1％predicted value of the two groups increased(P＜0.05)and arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)decreased(P＜0.05).The blood gas index and FEV 1％predicted value of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Quality of life:The scores of physiological function,so-cial function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,general health,emotional function and mental status in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Security:There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion-Bushen Xuanfei Recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis can reduce the lev-els of IP-10,Rantes and inflammatory factors,improve the blood gas indexes and FEV1％expected value,and improve the qual-ity of life and curative effect.
