Literature Study on Compatibility of Prescriptions Related to Spleen and Stomach Diseases in Children
Objective The data mining method is used to study and analyze the relevant research on children's spleen and stom-ach diseases in recent years,so as to reveal the selection of drugs and the compatibility of prescriptions for children's spleen and stomach diseases.Methods Through literature search,it searched the relevant literature on the treatment of children's spleen and stomach diseases in the past two years from the database of CNKI,and screened the literature that met the inclusion criteria.Data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and factor analysis were used for data analysis.Results The main syndrome types of children's spleen and stomach diseases are deficiency of spleen and stomach,damp-heat in spleen and stomach,deficiency cold of spleen and stomach and infantile dyspeptic gastroenteropathy.The five most frequently used prescrip-tions are Sijunzi Decoction(四君子汤),Shenling Baizhu Powder(参苓白 术散),Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder(藿香正气 散),Yigong Powder(异功散)and Baohe Pill(保和i 丸).The main drugs used include Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizo-ma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizo-ma),Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus),Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix),Shenqu(Massa Medicata Fermentata),Huoxiang(Pogostemonis Herba),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Baibiandou(Lablab Se-men Album),Maiya(Hordei Fructus Germinatus),Dafupi(Arecae Pericarpium),Sharen(Amomi Fructus),Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix),Jineijin(Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum),Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma).Prescription compatibility high-frequency drug pairs include Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Fuling(Poria),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus),Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)-Jineijin(Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)-Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)-Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Huoxiang(Pogostemonis Herba)-Fuling(Poria),Sharen(Amomi Fructus)-Jineijin(Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)-Ful-ing(Poria),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)-Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus).Using factor analysis,it was found that the high-frequency drug group include Fuling(Poria)-Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocepha-lae Rhizoma)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)-Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)-Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)-Shenqu(Massa Medicata Fermentata)-Maiya(Hordei Fructus Germinatus),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Peri-carpium)-Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)-Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex)-Sharen(Amomi Fructus)-Jineijin(Galli Gige-rii Endothelium Corneum).Conclusion The clinical treatment of children's spleen and stomach diseases is mainly based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of deficiency of spleen and stomach,damp-heat in spleen and stomach,deficiency cold of spleen and stomach and infantile dyspeptic gastroenteropathy.The treatment is mainly to tonify deficiency,resolve dampness and digest food.The prescriptions for tonifying Qi,resolving dampness and digesting food are used so as to achieve the effect of re-plenishing and benefiting spleen and stomach function,strengthening spleen and helping the transportation,drying dampness and harmonizing stomach and digesting the accumulation.
