Compound Jinqiancao Granules(复方金钱草颗粒)is a Class B Chinese patent medicine in the National Medical Insurance catalog,which is widely used in clinical practice for urinary calculi and urinary tract infection.After more than 40 years of clinical observation and long-term treatment and collaborative treatment,based on questionnaire survey,expert interviews and systematic analysis of research literature,it is considered that Compound Jinqiancao Granules has curative effects on urinary cal-culi and urinary tract infection,and are included in the guideline for recommended drug use.The consensus was developed in strict accordance with the expert consensus procedure of clinical application of proprietary Chinese medicine,and was formulated for the treatment of urinary calculi and urinary tract infection.The application experience of clinicians was collected in the form of questionnaires.On this basis,24 recommendations and consensus suggestions were finally obtained through comprehensive analy-sis of evidence-based medical evidence and the strategy of nominal group method.The indications,usage,course of treatment,intervention time and combined use of Compound Jinqiancao Granules in the treatment of urinary calculi and urinary tract infec-tion were put forward,and the safety of clinical application was explained,and the opinions and peer review were carried out by more than 30 expert groups.The purpose of this consensus is to guide the correct use of Compound Jinqiancao Granules in the treatment of urinary calculi and urinary tract infection.
