Effects of Jinlida Granules(津力达颗粒)Combined with Simeglutide on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism,Cardiac Function and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To observe the effects of Jinlida Granules(津力达颗粒)combined with simeglutide on glucose and lipid metabolism, cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Method A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease admitted to endocrinology department of the hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received basic treatment of coronary heart disease such as anticoagulation and prevention of angina pectoris, combined with metformin and simegalotide hypoglycemic treatment. The experimental group was given Jinlida Granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, glucose and lipid metabo-lism,vascular endothelial function and cardiac function before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the control group was 80.00%(40/50),and that of the experimental group was 94.00%(47/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, fasting blood glu-cose(FBG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)in the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment, compared with those in the control group, the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the experimental group were significantly decreased, while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).The values of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular early/late diastolic peak rate ratio(E/A)were significantly increased compared with those of the control group(P<0.01).After interven-tion,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and nitric oxide(NO)in the serum of the experimental group were significantly increased compared to those of the control group, while the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)were significantly de-creased(P<0.01).During the intervention process, the main adverse reactions of the two groups were rash,headache,hypo-glycemia and gastrointestinal discomfort, but there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinlida Granules combined with simeglutide can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease, regulate the disorder of glucose and lipid metab-olism,and protect the heart and vascular endothelial function.
