参芪固金汤辅助治疗放射性肺炎疗效及对IL-8、氧自由基的影响

目的 研究参芪固金汤辅助治疗放射性肺炎(Radiation pneumonia,RP)的疗效及对患者白细胞介素-8(Inter-leukin 8,IL-8)、氧自由基的变化影响。方法 选取医院2020年4月—2022年12月收治的RP患者80例。根据随机数字法分为常规组(40例)和参芪固金汤组(40例)。常规组给予激素、抗感染、止咳化痰、营养支持等常规治疗,参芪固金汤组在常规组基础上加用参芪固金汤治疗。比较两组肺功能、氧自由基、炎症因子的水平,统计两组疗效。结果 参芪固金汤组总有效率[90。00%(36/40)]高于常规组[72。50%(29/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。两组治疗前肺功能指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。参芪固金汤组治疗后肺活量(Vital capacity,VC)[(2。92±0。45)L]、一氧化碳弥散量(Carbon monoxide diffusing capacity,DLCO)[(18。24±3。96)mL/min]水平高于常规组(P<0。05)。两组治疗前白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、IL-8、降钙素原(Calcitonin,PCT)、转化生长因子-β1(Transforming growth fac-tor-β1,TGF-β1)、氧自由基水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。参芪固金汤组治疗后IL-1、IL-8、PCT、TGF-β1水平低于常规组,其他指标高于常规组(P<0。05)。结论 参芪固金汤辅助治疗RP可减轻炎症反应,清除氧自由基,改善肺功能。
Study on Curative Effect of Shenqi Gujin Decoction(参芪固金汤)in Treatment of Radiation Pneumonia and Change of IL-8 and Oxygen Free Radical in Patients
Objective To study the effect of Shenqi Gujin Decoction(参芪固金汤)in the adjuvant treatment of radiation pneumonia(RP)and the changes of interleukin-8(IL-8)and oxygen free radical in patients.Methods A total of 80 RP pa-tients admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to December 2022 were selected.According to random number method,they were divided into conventional group(40 cases)and Shenqi Gujin Decoction group(40 cases).The conventional group was treated with hormone,anti-infection,relieving cough and reducing phlegm,nutritional support and other conventional treatments,while the Shenqi Gujin Decoction group was treated with Shenqi Gujin Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.The levels of lung function,oxygen free radicals and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Shenqi Gujin Decoction group was 90.00%(36/40),higher than that of the conventional group[72.50%(29/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the indexes of pre-treatment lung function between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of vital capacity(VC)[(2.92±0.45)L]and carbon monoxide dis-persion(DLCO)[(18.24±3.96)mL/min]in the Shenqi Gujin Decoction group after treatment were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),IL-8,procalcito-nin(PCT),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)or oxygen free radicals between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-8,PCT and TGF-β1 in the Shenqi Gujin Decoction group were lower than those in the conventional group,and other indexes were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sh-enqi Gujin Decoction can reduce inflammatory reaction,eliminate oxygen free radicals and improve lung function in the treatment of radiation pneumonia.
