Curative Effect of Oral Administration of Qingre Painong Shengji Decoction(清热排脓生肌汤)Combined with External Application of Dahuang(Rhubarb)and Mangxiao(Mirabilite)on Unhealed Abdominal Wall Incision after Cesarean Section
Objective To observe the effects of oral administration of Qingre Painong Shengji Decoction(清热排脓生肌汤)combined with external application of Dahuang(rhubarb)and Mangxiao(mirabilite)on postoperative recovery,wound pain and swelling,inflammatory factors and quality of life in patients with abdominal wall incision non healing after cesarean section.Meth-ods A total of 102 patients with unhealed abdominal incision after cesarean section who were admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and the included patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,61 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received anti-infection treatment and regular dressing changes.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Qingre Painong Shengji Decoction o-rally combined with external application of Dahuang(rhubarb)and Mangxiao(mirabilite).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.After the treatment,the clinical treatment of the two groups was compared.The effect,wound healing time,induration disappear-ance time,exudate disappearance time and average postoperative hospital stay,visual analogue scale(VAS)and swelling score,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT)and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 67.21％(41/61),which was significantly lower than that(86.89％,53/61)in the observation group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time,induration disappearance time,exudate disap-pearance time and average postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).The VAS scores and swelling scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.05),and the VAS scores and swelling scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of both groups in the areas of physical health,mental health,social relationships and environment were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Qingre Painong Shengji Decoction combined with external application of Dahuang(rhubarb)and Mangxiao(mirabilite)can significantly improve the incision healing in patients with abdominal wall incision non healing after cesarean section,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,relieve the wound pain and swelling in patients,accelerate the wound healing speed and promote the disappearance of induration and exudation,reduce the hospital stay of patients and im-prove the quality of life of patients.
