Preliminary Research on Risk Factors of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases Related to Qi Deficiency of Lung and Spleen Syndrome of HIV/AIDS
Objective Through the detection of four items of blood lipid and vascular endothelial injury factors, and combined with the previous gene chip results, this study preliminarily discussed the risk factors and mechanism of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)concerned with cere-brovascular diseases, providing a basis for the early intervention treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods From September 2020 to November 2020,20 HIV/AIDS pa-tients in a region of Henan Province diagnosed as Qi deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome were selected as the research ob-jects,and 20 HIV antibody negative patients in the same region were selected as the healthy control group. The counts of CD3+,CD4+and CD8+were detected and CD4+/CD8+ratio was calculated.Four items of blood lipid were tested. The levels of oxidized low-density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL),apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(ApoA Ⅰ),apolipoprotein A-Ⅱ(ApoA Ⅱ),apolipoprotein B(ApoB),zinc-α2-glycoprotein 1(AZGP1),soluble Thrombomodulin(sTM),von Willebrand factor(vWF),adiponectin,leptin(LEP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),monocyte chemokine 1(MCP-1)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)were detected. Results Compared with the healthy control group,HIV/AIDS patients with Qi deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome had declined levels of CD4+,inverted ratio of CD4+/CD8+,declined level of TC and increased levels of sTM,AZGP1,Ox-LDL and Hs-CRP.Conclusion It showed that HIV/AIDS patients with Qi deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome manifested inflammatory reaction and dyslipidemia, which would increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. This study provides new ideas for the early intervention and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine as well as the prevention and treatment of cardi-ovascular diseases.
