不同产地款冬花中主要活性成分的研究现状与分析

摘要
款冬花为菊科植物款冬Tussilago farfara L.的干燥花蕾,系中国常用大宗中药材之一,具有润肺下气、化痰止咳之功效.款冬花化学成分丰富,药用价值高,临床疗效好.然而,不同产地款冬花受环境、栽培条件等因素的影响,它们在生长状态、理化性质、药材性状及次生代谢产物积累等方面均存在不同程度的差异,尤其是各地款冬花药材中主要化学成分参差不齐,导致药材品质参差不齐.基于此,通过本草考证探明款冬花历代产区沿革,结合课题组多年对中国主产区款冬花的研究成果,并整理款冬花中主要化学成分的研究文献资料,对倍半萜类、酚酸类、黄酮类、生物碱类化学成分进行数据收集和横向归纳比较,总结不同产地款冬花成分的研究现状,从款冬花标志性成分角度窥视其成分差异,为开展不同产地款冬花的共性和个性特征研究提供数据支撑.
Abstract
Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)is the dried flower buds of the Kuandonghua(Tussilago farfara L.),and is one of the most commonly-used Chinese herbal medicines in our country.Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)is rich in chemical compo-nents,and has high medicinal value and a good clinical efficacy.However,due to the influence of factors such as environment and cultivation conditions,there are differences in the growth state,physicochemical properties,medicinal properties and secondary metabolite accumulation of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)from different origins.In particular,the main chemical components of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)in different regions are uneven,leading to an uneven quality of medicinal materials.Based on this,many years of research results of our country producing Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)were provided in this paper,Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)is collated in research literatures,meanwhile the main chemical composition of sesquiterpenoids,phenolic acids,flavonoids and alkaloids was summarized by using data collection and transverse comparison.The research status of components of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)from different producing areas was summarized in this paper while peering into its component differences from the perspective of its iconic components,which provided data support for the research on common and individual characteristics of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)from different producing areas.
