半夏多糖的提取纯化、结构分析及药理作用研究进展

半夏为天南星科植物半夏Pinellia ternata(Thunb。)Breit。的块茎,具有燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结的功效,而与功效相对应的物质基础尚不明确。根据半夏现代研究进展,可以得知半夏主要含有生物碱类、黄酮类、蛋白质、多糖等成分,其中多糖是半夏重要的活性成分,是其发挥功效的物质基础之一,研究却比较浅显、不够深入。对半夏多糖现代研究进展进行总结,从提取工艺优化、分离纯化及结构分析、药理作用和炮制后多糖含量变化等方面进行了综述。结果表明,目前半夏主要集中于粗多糖的提取工艺优化和抗肿瘤、抗氧化等药理作用研究,而对于半夏初始功效涉及不足。应进一步加强对半夏多糖的研究,通过分析多糖结构和确定初始功效的物质基础与生物活性,为半夏多糖及其物质基础研究提供参考。
Research Progress in Extraction,Purification,Structure Analysis and Pharmacological Action of Banxia(Pinellia Rhizoma)Polysaccharide
Banxia(Pinellia Rhizoma,PR)is the tuber of Araceae plant Banxia[Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit].It has the effect of drying dampness and resolving phlegm,reducing reverse vomiting,dispersing abdominal mass and resolving accumula-tion,but the material basis of the corresponding effect is not clear.According to the modern research progress of PR,it can be known that PR mainly contains alkaloids,flavonoids,proteins,polysaccharides and other components.Among them,polysaccha-rides are important active components of PR,and they are one of the material foundations for the effectiveness of PR,but the re-search is relatively shallow and insufficient.In this paper,the research progress of PR polysaccharides was summarized from the aspects of extraction optimization,separation,purification and structure analysis,pharmacological action and changes of polysac-charide content after processing.The results show that at present,PR mainly focuses on the extraction optimization of crude poly-saccharides,and the anti-tumor,the antioxidant and other pharmacological effects.But the study of initial efficacy of PR was in-sufficient.The author believes that the study of PR polysaccharides should be further strengthened,and the material basis and bi-ological activity of initial efficacy of PR should be determined by analyzing the structure of polysaccharides,so as to provide refer-ence for the study of PR polysaccharide and its material basis.
