摘要
铁力木Mesua ferrea L.花又名那米尔西克,为藤黄科铁力木属植物,是一种珍贵的观赏性、食用及药用一体的植物.有相关报道已从中分离出黄酮类、香豆素类、三萜类及多环多异戊烯基取代酰基间苯三酚类等多种化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎抗菌等药理作用.随着国内外学者对铁力木各方面研究逐渐深入,新化学成分的发现及其药理作用备受关注.在铁力木资源分布、化学成分和药理作用进行系统总结的基础上,根据质量标志物的核心理念,以期为铁力木质量评价体系的建立及其质量控制提供科学依据.
Abstract
Tielimu(Mesua ferrea L.),also known as Namilsik,is a rare ornamental,edible and medicinal plant originating in southern China,belonging to the genus Mesua of the Garcinia family.Related reports have isolated a variety of chemical compo-nents,including flavonoids,coumarins,triterpenes and polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol.It has antioxidant,antican-cer,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial pharmacological effects.With the gradual deepening of domestic and foreign researches on various aspects of clematis,the development of its new chemical components and their pharmacological effects have attracted much attention.Based on a systematic summary of its chemical components and pharmacological effects,and according to the core concept of quality markers,this article aimed to provide a scientific reference for the establishment of a quality evaluation system and quality control of Tielimu(Mesua ferrea L.).
