Clinical Observation of Yangyuan Yishen Powder(养元益肾散)Combined with Low Temperature Dialysis in Treatment of Hemodialysis Related Hypotension
Objective To study the effect of Yangyuan Yishen Powder(养元益肾散)combined with low temperature dialysis on hemodialysis related hypotension.Methods A total of 98 patients with hemodialysis-related hypotension diagnosed and trea-ted in the hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine preven-tion and treatment measures,and the observation group was given Yangyuan Yishen Powder combined with low temperature dialy-sis treatment intervention.The blood pressure,heart rate,TCM symptom score,dialysis adequacy index and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure or heart rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).After interven-tion,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the heart rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of fatigue,dry mouth,dry skin or dizziness between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of the above symptoms in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in urea clearance index(Kt/V),time-average concentration of urea(TACurea),C-reactive protein(CRP)and urea reduction ratio(URR)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the values of KT/V,TACurea,CRP and URR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.24％(6/49)and that in the control group was 16.33％(8/49)and the difference was not statisti-cally significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Yangyuan Yishen Powder combined with low temperature dialysis has a good effect in the treatment of hemodialysis-related hypotension.It can effectively improve the blood pressure level,reduce the heart rate,re-lieve the symptoms and enhance the dialysis adequacy,and it is safe and reliable.It is a feasible scheme.
