Chemical Constituents,Pharmacological Effects and Quality Markers Prediction of Lyu'emei(Mume Flos)
Lyu'emei(Mume Flos)is the dried flower bud of Rosaceae plum,with a broad origin and a long history of folk application.It mainly contains flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,anthocyanins,volatile components,organic acid components and so on.It has the effect of soothing liver and stimulating the appetite,mainly treating hypochondriac distension and pain,stuffiness and flatulence in the abdomen,poor appetite,and the appearance of obstruction in the throat.Pharmacological studies have shown that the extract of Lyu'emei(Mume Flos)has antidepressant,antioxidant,bacteriostatic and antiplatelet aggregation effects,and is mainly used in clinical treatment of depression,stomach disease,globus sensation,lymphatic tuberculosis and other symptoms.This article reviewed the related chemical components and pharmacological actions of Lyu'emei(Mume Flos)in recent years,and on this basis,combined with the core concepts of quality Marker(Q-Marker),carries out prediction and analysis of quality Markers of Lyu'emei(Mume Flos)from aspects of traditional medicinal properties,expanded efficacy and chemical component testability.The results showed that the active ingredients related to their traditional and expanded pharmacological effects were mainly phenylpropanoid and flavonoid components.It was preliminarily predicted that chlorogenic acid,hypericin,isoquercetin,quercetin,rutin,isorhamnetin,naringin,kaempferol and caffeic acid could be used as candidate compounds for quality indicators of Lyu'emei(Mume Flos),providing a basis for establishing and improving quality standards for Lyu'emei(Mume Flos).It is hoped to provide reference for the in-depth study and comprehensive utilization of the quality of the medicinal material of Lyu'emei(Mume Flos).
