Research on Intelligent Technology of Ausculation and Olfaction in Traditional Chinese Medicine
The ausculation and olfaction of traditional Chinese medicine is the experience of all generations of doctors who use hearing and smelling to diagnose and treat patients'voices and odours,such as language,breathing,cough,belching,odour,ex-cessive breathing,sneezing and bowel sounds,to identify the deficiency and excess of evil and healthy Qi and Zang-Fu organ diseases.The traditional Chinese medicine ausculation and olfaction is that doctors listen to patients'voices and smell their odours based on their rich clinical experience to identify syndrome types and diseases.It is highly subjective and the diagnosis results are easily disturbed by external factors,lacking a unified measurement standard.Therefore,the research on the objectification of ausculation and olfaction is of great significance.With the rapid development of contemporary science and technology,scholars at home and abroad have made some progress in the research of modern technology of ausculation and olfaction.They extract the pa-tient's voice and odour characteristics through signal analysis,and then use modern technical means,such as using scientific in-struments to analyze the patient's voice and odour,machine learning and deep learning methods in artificial intelligence,so as to promote the modernization of ausculation and olfaction.This paper summarized the progress of the research on the intelligent technology of ausculation and olfaction in terms of the theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine ausculation and olfac-tion,and the contemporary technology of ausculation and olfaction at home and abroad.
