Study on Serum Pharmacochemistry of Ethyl Acetate Fraction of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpinia galanga Willd.)Based on HPLC analysis
Objective High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to analyze the serum drug components of blank model rats and gastric ulcer cold syndrome model rats and explore the pharmacodynamic material basis of the effect of trea-ting gastric ulcer cold syndrome effect of the ethyl acetate extracts of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpin-ia galanga Willd.).Methods The ethanol reflux extraction method was used to extract and purify the ethyl acetate extracts of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpinia galanga Willd.).The gastric ulcer cold syndrome model was rep-licated by intragastric administration of glacial acetic acid and 4 ℃ice anemarrhenae decoction.The serum pharmacochemistry of the ethyl acetate extracts of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpinia galanga Willd.)based on blank mod-el rats and gastric ulcer cold syndrome model rats was studied by HPLC.Results The treatment method of drug-containing ser-um of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpinia galanga Willd.)was optimized and determined.At the same time,10 common blood components of drug-containing serum in blank model rats were identified,of which 7 were prototype blood components.A total of 12 blood components of gastric ulcer cold syndrome model rats were identified,of which 8 were com-mon blood components.Conclusion The ethyl acetate extracts of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpinia galanga Willd.)have similar anti-gastric ulcer cold syndrome mechanism.It is preliminarily inferred that protocatechuic acid,protocatechuic aldehyde,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,rutin,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and p-hydroxycinnamic acid may be the mate-rial basis for the anti-gastric ulcer syndrome of the ethyl acetate extracts of Dagaoliangjiang(Alpinia galangal)and Hongdoukou(Alpinia galanga Willd.).
