Clinical Application Analysis of Hewei Guren Decoction(和胃固妊汤)Combined with External Application of Hewei Antai Ointment(和胃安胎膏)at Shenque(RN8)on Hyperemesis Due to Disharmony between Liver and Stomach
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of Hewei Guren Decoction(和胃固妊汤)combined with exter-nal application of Hewei Antai Ointment(和胃安胎膏)at Shenque(RN8)in the treatment of hyperemesis due to disharmony be-tween liver and stomach.Methods Eighty-six patients with hyperemesis gravidarum due to disharmony between liver and stom-ach in the hospital from February 2017 to September 2021 were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.All patients were treated with routine western medicine and external application of Hewei Antai Ointment(和胃安胎膏)at Shenque(RN8),and the combined group added Hewei Guren Decoction.The clinical curative effect,the remission time of nausea and vomiting,the recurrence,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the changes of urine ketone body and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 10 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 93.02％(40/43),which was higher than that of the control group(74.42％,32/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The remission time and recurrence rate of nausea and vomiting in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions oc-curred in both groups during treatment.After 3 and 10 days of treatment,the urine ketone body level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment.And those of the combined group were lower than those of the control group with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine western medicine treatment and external application of Hewei Antai Ointment at Shenque(RN8),the combination of Hewei Guren Decoction can promote the relief of clin-ical symptoms,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the risk of recurrence in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum due to dis-harmony between liver and stomach,and it is safe.
