黄芪多糖调控免疫细胞抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

黄芪作为我国传统的"补气圣药",是抗肿瘤治疗方剂中最常用的药材之一。黄芪具有多种活性成分,而黄芪多糖作为黄芪中活性程度最高的成分,具有调节免疫和抗肿瘤作用。免疫细胞作为肿瘤微环境中重要组成部分,其数量、功能及活性的高低对于抗肿瘤治疗有着较大的影响。大量研究发现,黄芪多糖通过调节巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、自然杀伤细胞、髓系抑制细胞、T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和调节性T细胞等免疫细胞,提高免疫细胞的功能和活性,有效增强机体的免疫应答能力,改善肿瘤免疫微环境,从而增强免疫细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力,更好地发挥抗肿瘤的作用。通过收集近年来黄芪多糖在抗肿瘤免疫方面的相关研究,从黄芪多糖调节免疫细胞及其抗肿瘤作用机制方面进行论述,以期为研究黄芪相关的新型临床抗肿瘤药物提供新的理论依据,扩大中医药在抗肿瘤治疗中的影响力。
Research Progress on Mechanism of Astragalus Polysaccharides Regulating Anti-Tumor Action of Immune Cells
Huangqi(Astragali Radix),as a traditional"holy medicine for tonifying Qi"in China,is one of the most common-ly used medicinal materials in anti-tumor treatment prescriptions.Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has many active components,and Astragalus polysaccharide,as the most active component of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),has the effect of regulating immunity and anti-tumor.As an important part of tumor microenvironment,the number,function and activity of immune cells have a great in-fluence on anti-tumor therapy.A large number of studies have found that Astragalus polysaccharide can improve the function and activity of immune cells by regulating immune cells such as macrophages,dendritic cells,natural killer cells,myeloid suppres-sor cells,T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes and regulatory T cells,effectively enhance the immune response ability of the body,im-prove the tumor immune microenvironment,and thus enhance the killing ability of immune cells to tumor cells,better playing the role of anti-tumor.In this paper,through collecting the relevant researches on the anti-tumor immunity of Astragalus polysac-charide in recent years,the regulation of immune cells by Astragalus polysaccharide and its anti-tumor mechanism were dis-cussed,providing a new theoretical basis for the study of novel clinical anti-tumor drugs related to Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and expanding the influence of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-tumor therapy.
