蒲公英化学成分、药理作用研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

蒲公英始载于《新修本草》,味苦、甘,性寒;归肝、胃经;具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋之功效,广泛应用于临床。通过查阅国内外文献,在综述蒲公英化学成分和药理活性研究进展的基础上,通过分析蒲公英植物亲缘学、化学成分特有性证据、化学成分有效性和可测性等的关系,对蒲公英质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)进行分析,并预测木犀草素、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、咖啡酸、绿原酸、菊苣酸、蒲公英甾醇可作为其质量标志物的候选化合物,以期为蒲公英质量评价体系的建立提供参考。
Research Progress in Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Effects of Pugongying(Taraxacum officinale)and Predictive Analysis of Quality Markers
Pugongying(Taraxacum officinale),first published in Xinxiu Bencao,is bitter,sweet and cold in nature.It be-longs to the liver and stomach meridians and has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,eliminating swelling and dissipating nodules,promoting urination and relieving stranguria,and is widely used in clinical practice.In this paper,it reviewed the domes-tic and international literature,and based on the review of the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Pugongying(Taraxacum officinale),it deduced the quality marker(Q-marker)of Pugongying(Taraxacum officinale)by analyzing the rela-tionship among plant affinities,evidence of chemical composition specificity and chemical composition measurability.And luteo-lin,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucose,caffeic acid,chicory acid and dandelion sterol used as the candidate compounds for quality markers were predicted.It provided reference for the establishment of quality evaluation system of Pugongying(Taraxacum offici-nale).
