Effects of Modified Qiwei Duqi Pills(七味都气丸加味)Assisting Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhaler Combined with Tiotropium Bromide on Pulmonary Function,Serum Creatinine,Immune Factors and T Lymphocyte Subsets Expression Levels in Patients with Severe COPD
Objective To analyze the effects of Modified Qiwei Duqi Pills(七味都气丸加味)assisting budesonide formoterol powder inhaler combined with tiotropium bromide on pulmonary function,serum creatinine,immune factors and T lymphocyte sub-sets expression levels in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 106 elderly COPD patients admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group(Modified Qiwei Duqi Pills assisting budesonide formoterol powder inhaler+tiotropium bromide)and control group(budesonide formoterol powder inhaler combined with tiotropium bromide),53 cases in each.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),soluble myeloid cell expression trigger protein-1(sTREM-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10),the values of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,PaO2,PaCO2,heart rate,respiratory rate,forced expiratory vol-ume in the first second(FEV1)/forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1％pred,serum creatinine and maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV)before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.The occurrence of drug-related adverse reactions during the two groups was observed and recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34％(50/53),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.36％,41/53)(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.43％(5/53),which was significantly lower than 22.64％(12/53)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement effect of CRP,PCT,sTREM-1,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The improvement effect of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the value of PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group before treatment and in the same period,while the values of PaCO2,heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the values of FEV1/FVC,FEV1％pred and MVV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of serum creatinine was lower than that in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Qiwei Duqi Pills assisting adjuvant budesonide formoterol powder inhalant combined with tiotropium bromide has better efficacy in patients with severe COPD.It can rapidly relieve the signs and clinical symptoms of patients with fewer adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the levels of inflammatory factors,lung function,blood creati-nine and T lymphocyte subgroup of patients,and it is worthy of use.
