目的 观察海昆肾喜胶囊联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效及对肾功能和氧化应激指标的影响。方法 将符合入选标准的80例慢性肾衰竭患者按随机数字表法分成两组。对照组予贝那普利等常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组方法基础上予海昆肾喜胶囊口服。连续治疗1个月后，比较两组中医证候积分(腹胀、纳呆、口苦口干、恶心呕吐)、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase，SOD)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde，MDA)、晚期糖基化终末产物(Advanced glycation end products，AGEs)、人晚期氧化蛋白产物(Human advanced oxidation protein products，AOPP)]、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Serum creatinine，Scr)、尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen，BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Endogenous creatinine clearance rate，Ccr)]，统计两组治疗总有效率及不良反应情况。结果 两组治疗后腹胀、纳呆、口苦口干、恶心呕吐积分，MDA、AOPP、AGEs水平，BUN、Scr水平均低于治疗前(P＜0。05)，且观察组治疗后以上中医证候积分和实验室指标水平均低于对照组(P＜0。05);两组治疗后SOD、Ccr水平均高于治疗前(P＜0。05)，且观察组治疗后SOD、Ccr水平均高于对照组(P＜0。05);观察组总有效率(87。5％，35/40)，高于对照组(67。5％，27/40)(P＜0。05);两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。结论 海昆肾喜胶囊联合贝那普利等常规西医疗法对慢性肾衰竭的治疗效果明确，能够减轻机体氧化应激损伤，改善患者肾功能，且治疗安全性良好。
Therapeutic Effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule(海昆肾喜胶囊)Combined with Benazepril on Chronic Renal Failure and Its Impact on Renal Function and Oxidative Stress Indicators
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule(海昆肾喜胶囊)combined with benazepril on chronic renal failure and its impact on renal function and oxidative stress indicators.Method Eighty patients with chronic kid-ney failure who met the inclusion criteria of this study were divided into two groups using a random number table method.Oral administration of benazepril hydrochloride tablets was used in the control group for treatment,while the observation group was ad-ditionally treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsule.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The improvements of TCM syndrome scores(abdominal distension,anorexia,dizziness,bitter and dry mouth,nausea and vomiting),oxidative stress indicators[superoxide dis-mutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced glycation end products(AGEs),human advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP)]and renal function index[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)]between the two groups were compared,and the total effective rate was calculated and the adverse reactions were ob-served.Results The scores of abdominal distension,anorexia,dizziness,bitter and dry mouth,nausea and vomiting,the levels of MDA,AOPP,AGEs,BUN and Scr in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and laboratory indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD and Ccr in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(87.5％,35/40)was higher than that of the control group(67.5％,27/40)(P＜0.05).There was no statistically differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with conventional Western medicine therapy such as benazepril has a definite therapeutic effect on chronic kidney failure,which can reduce the oxidative stress damage to the body and improve the kidney function and there is a good treatment safety.
