Research Progress in Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Bladder Cancer
Bladder cancer is a prevalent and dangerous disease that affects many individuals worldwide.Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have their own unique understandings,diagnostic methods and treatments for bladder cancer.This paper provided an overview of the epidemiology,statistics,diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.Additionally,it explored the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of bladder cancer,including the application of traditional Chinese medicine in surgical treatment,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted thera-py,immunotherapy and other Western medicine treatments.Finally,this paper discussed the evidence-based and clinical re-search of bladder cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,including single compounds,extracts,formulae and patent medicine.
