摘要
作为一味我国传统的活血化瘀类的中药,川芎及其药对在临床上有着悠久的应用历史.梳理了近年来围绕基于川芎-黄芪、川芎-益母草、川芎-赤芍、川芎-延胡索、川芎-当归、川芎-丹参、川芎-栀子、川芎-天麻、川芎-牛膝、川芎-青蒿等药对的网络药理学和最新中国知网(CNKI)资料中常用的川芎-丹参、川芎-当归、川芎-天麻、川芎-黄芪药对配伍的现代实验研究,以及从川芎-淫羊藿、川芎-天麻、川芎-丹参、川芎-白芷、川芎-葛根、川芎-香附、川芎-当归等药对配伍前后化学成分的变化和有效物质溶出率等方面的现代研究内容.以上研究内容为揭示含川芎方剂分子机制和川芎药对临床应用的内涵阐释以及川芎药对配伍应用的科学性提供了参考和依据.通过系统对川芎药对的现代研究现状与进展的总结及川芎药对配伍理论的研究提供重要依据与方法,这为揭示川芎配伍的科学性和科学阐释川芎药对使用规律、配伍理论以及临床应用等相关方面提供新的思想与新的方向.
Abstract
As a traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation andremoving blood stasis,Chuanxiong(Chuanx-iong Rhizoma)and its drug pairs have a long history of clinical application.This article combed the network pharmacology based on the drug pairs of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Yimucao(Leonuri Herba),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhi-zoma)-Yanhusuo(Corydalis Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Zhizi(Gar-deniae Fructus),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Ni-uxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Qinghao(Artemisiae Annuae Herba)in recent years as well as the experimental studies on the drug pairs of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix)which are commonly used for compatibility from the latest CNKI sources,and the changes in chemical composition and the dissolution rate of active substances before and after compatibility from the drug pairs of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Folium),Chua-nxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danshen(Salviae Miltior-rhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma)and Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix).This paper summarized the current status and research progress of the drug pairs of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)and the compatibility theory of the drug pairs of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),and provided an important basis and methodology for revealing the scientificity of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)compatibility and scientifically elucidating the use rules of the drug pairs of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),the compatibility theory of the drug pairs of traditional Chinese medicine,and the relevant aspects of their clinical applications.
