基于数字孪生技术的中医智能辅助诊疗系统构建研究

研究在厘清中医临床辅助决策系统研制进展与现存问题的基础上,借鉴人工智能对物理世界的智能管控经验,提出构建以中医经典著作原创思维为核心,以中医知识图谱和领域本体构建为肇始,将临床全域多场景数字化原态保护和中医经典著作"数字孪生"活态传承突破作为重点,着力于实现临床决策、流程管控、人机交互全面智能化的中医智能辅助诊疗系统。该系统将在中医辨证的辅助决策过程中,基于病机演变特点,融合中医经典著作、图像资料、影音资料、心理行为等多模态数据,充分还原中医病机链变化的脉络和前人的临床思维模式,进一步解决辅助决策系统信息采集界面操作繁琐和临床医生问诊思路混乱的问题。数字孪生仿真功能将模拟多复诊多模态的患者情况,尤其聚焦于复诊时患者病情数据的动态变化,最终实现多模态时序数据的集成与融合来为临床判别提供参考,完成合作博弈下的中医智能诊疗过程。研究期望为构建中医辨证论治智能辅助诊疗系统提出新的思路,进一步促进中医药的智能化应用与传承。
Construction of Intelligent Assisted Diagnosis and Treatment System for Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Digital Twin Technology
Based on clarifying the development progress and existing problems of clinical decision-making support systems in traditional Chinese medicine,this study draws on the experience of artificial intelligence in intelligent control of the physical world,proposes to build a traditional Chinese medicine intelligent assistant diagnosis and treatment system that focuses on the o-riginal thinking of traditional Chinese medicine classic works,starts with the construction of traditional Chinese medicine knowl-edge map and domain ontology,and focuses on the digital preservation of clinical whole-domain multi-scenario and the living inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine classic works.The system aims to achieve comprehensive intelligence in clinical deci-sion-making,process control and human-computer interaction.The system will integrate multimodal data such as classic works of traditional Chinese medicine,image data,audio-visual data,psychological behavior,etc.,based on the characteristics of path-ogenesis evolution in the process of assisted decision-making in traditional Chinese medicine,fully restore the context of the changes in the pathogenesis chain of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical thinking patterns of previous generations,and further solve the problems of cumbersome operation of information acquisition interface and confusing clinical doctor's diagnostic thinking in assisted decision-making system.The digital twin simulation function will simulate the multi-modal patient situa-tion,focusing on the dynamic changes in patient condition data during follow-up visits,and ultimately achieve the integration and fusion of multi-modal time-series data to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and complete the intelligent diagnosis process of traditional Chinese medicine under the cooperative game.This study aims to provide new ideas for constructing an intelligent assisted diagnosis and treatment system based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and further promote the intelligent application and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.
