Research Progress of Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Effects of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)and Its Quality Marker Prediction Analysis
Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)is one of the Chinese herbs with the homology of medicine and food in China.Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)a variety of chemical components and a wide range of pharmacological applications.Modern re-search has shown that it is rich in various chemical components such as flavonoids,phenolic acids,terpenoids,sugars,sterols,fatty acids,pigments,etc.It has multiple effects such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,liver and gallbladder protection,anti-bac-teria,antioxidant and immune regulation.This article summarized the latest research progress on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)through literature review,and applied the core concept of quality markers to predict and analyze the quality markers of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)from four perspectives:plant phylogeny and chemical component specificity,the relationship between components and drug properties and efficacy,and the testability of chemical com-ponents.Combined with molecular docking simulation analysis methods,this article predicted and analyzed the quality markers of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba).Constituents such as caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid,rutin,quercetin,Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)sterol,and Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)polysaccharide can be summarized ascandidate components for the main quality indica-tors of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),providing a basis for improving the quality standards of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)and reference for scientific and reasonable quality control and subsequent in-depth research and utilization of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba).
