Study on Quality Evaluation of Geo-authentic Traditional Chinese Drug in Liaoning Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)Based on Chemometrics and Fingerprint
Objective To evaluate the quality of Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)from Xiuyan in Liaoning by com-bination of fingerprint and chemometrics.Methods The HPLC was carried out with the column temperature of 30℃and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.The mobile phase was water and acetonitrile by gradient elution.The detective wavelength was 220 nm.The fingerprints of 10 batches of Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)produced from Xiuyan in Liaoning Province were drawn.Hierarchical cluster analysis(HC A),principal component analysis(PC A)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analy-sis(OPLS-DA)were used.Results The fingerprints of 10 batches of Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)were estab-lished with the similarity values of 0.970~0.999.29 common peaks were identified,of which 14 components were identified.According to HCA analysis,10 batches of Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)could be divided into two types.The cu-mulative variance contribution rate of the 6 principal components obtained by PC A was 95.5%.OPLS-DA found that the com-ponents corresponding to the 11 peaks including schisandrin A,gomicin G,schisandrin C and and schisandrin B may be the quali-ty related markers of Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).Conclusion The fingerprint method of Beiwuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)was accurate,stable and reliable.It can be used for identification and quality control of Beiwuweizi(Schisan-drae Chinensis Fructus)combined with chemical pattern recognition.
