摘要
针刺作为传统的中医疗法,作用于不同腧穴具有疏经通络、益气活血的功效.中医认为阳虚、气滞、血阻是肿瘤并发症的主要发病机制,近年来针刺广泛用于治疗肿瘤及其并发症,且效果显著.基于此,以"恶性肿瘤、针刺治疗、临床观察、临床研究"为主题对2001-2021年CNKI数据库进行检索,共计检索文献357篇,归纳、整理相关文献37篇,主要从肿瘤癌性疼痛、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、癌性疲乏、抑郁、睡眠障碍、周围神经病变等方面进行概述,旨在探析针刺治疗肿瘤并发症的可行性,为肿瘤及其并发症的临床治疗和研究提供依据.
Abstract
As a traditional Chinese medicine therapy,acupuncture acts on different acupoints,dredging meridians and com-municating collaterals,invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Yang deficien-cy,Qi stagnation and blood resistance are the main pathogenesis of tumor complications.In recent years,acupuncture is widely used in the treatment of tumors and their complications,and the effect is remarkable.Based on this,the article searched the CNKI database from 2001 to 2021 with"malignant tumor,acupuncture treatment,clinical observation,clinical research"as the key-words,a total of 357 articles and 37 related articles were summarized and sorted out.This review summarized mainly about cancer pain,gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression,cancer fatigue,depression,sleep disorder,peripheral neuropathy and oth-er aspects,aiming to explore the feasibility of acupuncture for tumor complications,and provided a basis for the clinical treatment and research of tumor and its complications.
