Clinical Observation on Curative Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction(柴胡桂枝干姜汤)Combined with Chemoradiotherapy in Patients with Cervical Cancer
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,cellular immune function,quality of life and side effects of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction(柴胡桂枝干姜汤)combined with chemoradiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods Seventy patients with cervical cancer treated in the hospital from May 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(35 cases,treated with chemo-radiotherapy)and the observation group(35 cases,treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and chemoradiotherapy).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,cellular immune function,quality of life and toxicity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 60.00％,which was higher than that of control group(34.28％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of poor appetite,loose stool,sore waist,sweating,restlessness and bitter taste in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+,Treg and NK cells in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the functional assessment of cancer therapy-generic scale(FACT-G)score was higher than that before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The inci-dence of myelosuppression,vomiting and diarrhea,abnormal liver and kidney function and neutropenia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the degree of occurrence was lighter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer can improve the clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the immune function and the quality of life and reduce the side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
