Observation on Effect of ABA Training Combined with Awakening Brain Acupuncture Therapy on Rehabilitation of Children With Autism
Objective To observe the effect of applied behavior analysis(ABA)training combined with awakening brain acu-puncture therapy on the rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods A total of 86 children with autism admitted from March 2021 to November 2022 were included in this study,and the children were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with ABA training,and the observation group was treated with awakening brain acupuncture therapy on the basis of ABA training.The data observation of each group included the treatment effect,the changes in TCM syndrome scores of children before and after treatment(language retardation,mental re-tardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),the improvement time of motor ability and language expression ability after treatment,autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)score changes before and after treatment,childhood autism rating scale(CARS)score changes,autism behavior checklist(ABC)score changes,developmental quotient(DQ)and social life ability scale(SM)score changes before and after treatment,serum plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and tissue plasmin activator(t-PA)levels changes before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.02％)was high-er than that of the control group(76.74％)(P＜0.05).The improvement time of motor ability and language expression ability in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,TCM syndrome scores(language re-tardation,mental retardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),ATEC scores,CARS scores,ABC scores,DQ scores,SM scores,the levels of PAI-1 and t-PA were not significant in each group(P＞0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores(language retardation,mental retardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),ATEC scores,CARS scores,ABC scores,DQ scores,SM scores,the levels of PAI-1 and t-PA were all improved in each group.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores(lan-guage retardation,mental retardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),ATEC scores,CARS scores,ABC scores,DQ scores,SM scores,the levels of PAI-1 and t-PA in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion ABA training combined with awakening brain acupuncture therapy can better promote the rehabilitation of children with autism,and the treatment effect of children is good.The symptoms can be improved,with good development,worthy of application.
