Expert Consensus on Clinical Application of Yangwei Granules(养胃颗粒)in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Yangwei Granules(养胃颗粒)have the effect of nourishing stomach and spleen,regulating Qi and harmonizing the middle,and are widely used in chronic atrophic gastritis and related diseases.In order to further standardize and guide the clinical application of Yangwei Granules,the project of making Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Yangwei Granules in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis was approved by China Association of Chinese Medicine and developed by a special group with Institute of Spleen-stomach Disease,Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as its head.This consensus(GS/CACM 315-2023)was launched in January 2020 and ended in February 2023 with its publication by China As-sociation of Chinese Medicine.This article introduced the background and objectives of consensus,compilation method and de-tails the content of the consensus.The consensus formed 31 consensus recommendations/consensus suggestions,involving 9 as-pects of Yangwei Granules:composition and efficacy,mechanism of action,TCM syndrome,target disease,clinical symptoms,dos-age,combination medication,adverse reactions,contraindications and matters needing attention,which can provide guidance for rational and accurate clinical drug use,improve the efficacy and ensure the safety of drugs.
