红芪在纤维化疾病中的作用及机制进展

纤维化疾病是一种机制复杂的器官硬化性疾病,可发生在不同器官,严重影响脏器的生理功能.目前对纤维化疾病的防治方法仍十分有限,深入阐释其发病机制,寻找更有效的治疗手段,是该领域的研究重点.红芪是甘肃道地药材,用药历史悠久,红芪多糖、红芪黄酮等均被发现具有抗纤维化的作用,但目前尚没有文献对红芪在纤维化疾病中的作用及机制进行总结.检索近15年红芪治疗纤维化疾病的相关文献,归纳总结了红芪抗纤维化的主要活性成分、抗纤维化作用以及分子机制,以期为中医药防治纤维化疾病提供参考,也为红芪的临床应用和进一步基础研究提供依据.
Progress on Role and Mechanism of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)in Fibrotic Diseases
Fibrosis disease is an organ sclerosing disease with complex mechanisms,which can occur in different organs and seriously affect the physiological function of organs.At present,the prevention and treatment methods of fibrotic diseases are still very limited.In-depth interpretation of its pathogenesis and search for more effective treatment methods are the focus of research in this field.Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)is a genuine medicinal herb in Gansu Province with a long history of drug use.Hedysari polysaccharide and Hedysari flavonoids have been found to have anti-fibrosis effects,but there is no literature to summarize the role and mechanism of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)in fibrotic diseases.This article searched the relevant literature of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)in the treatment of fibrosis diseases in the past 15 years,and summarized the main active ingredients,anti-fibrosis effects and molecular mechanisms of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)in the treatment of fibrosis diseases,in order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of fibrosis diseases with traditional Chinese medicine and a basis for the clinical appli-cation and further basic research of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix).
