Quality Control Status and Prediction Analysis of Quality Markers of Jinqiancao(Lysimachiae Herba)
Jinqiancao(Lysimachiae Herba)contains various active ingredients such as flavonoids,glycosides,tannins,volatile oils,amino acids,etc.It has pharmacological effects such as promoting function of gallbladder and urination,stone excretion,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti infective effects.Moreover,it has abundant germplasm resources and good development potential.This article summarized the current quality control status of Jinqiancao(Lysimachiae Herba)and conducted the predic-tive analysis based on the concept of quality marker from seven aspects,including plant phylogeny,medicinal compatibility,tradi-tional efficacy,traditional medicinal properties,predictable chemical composition,new efficacy and different origins.It can be concluded that chlorogenic acid,rutin,quercetin-3-o-glucoside,isorhamnetin and other chemical active ingredients can be used as the predictive components of quality markers of Jinqiancao(Lysimachiae Herba),in order to provide reference for quality control research and establishment of quality standards of Jinqiancao(Lysimachiae Herba).
