赤芍的研究进展及其质量标志物预测分析

赤芍是大宗中药材,广泛分布于我国温带地区.现代研究表明赤芍的化学成分主要包括单萜苷类、酚酸类、鞣质类、挥发油类等,具有抗血栓、抗氧化、抗炎、保护心血管、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性.通过查阅文献,在综述赤芍质量评价、化学成分及药理作用研究进展的基础上,根据中药质量标志物(quality-marker,Q-Marker)理论,从传统功效、植物亲缘学、药动学、产地和采收期影响等方面对赤芍质量标志物进行预测分析,建议将芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、羟基芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、没食子酸、儿茶素、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖、丹皮酚等成分作为赤芍的候选Q-Marker,为进一步明确赤芍Q-Marker、研究制定科学的质量控制方法提供参考.
Research Progress and Quality Markers Prediction of Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)
Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra),a common bulk class of herbs,is widely distributed in the temperate zone of China.It is testified that Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)mainly contains monoterpene glycosides,phenolic acids,tannins,es-sential oils,etc.According to modern research results,Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)plays a big role in antithrombotic,antiox-idant,anti-inflammatory,cardiovascular protection and antitumor activities.Based on literature review and a review of the re-search progress on quality evaluation,chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra),this study predicted and analyzed the quality Markers of Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)from the perspectives of traditional efficacy,plant phylogeny,pharmacokinetics,origin and harvesting period according to the theory of quality Markers(Q-Markers)of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.According to the results of this study,it is suggested that paeoniflorin,albiflorin,oxypaeoniflora,benzoyl-paeoniflorin,gallic acid,cianidanol,1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose and paeonolthe should be used as the candidate Q-Markers of Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra),so as to provide reference for further clarifying Q-Markers of Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)and developing scientific quality control methods.
