Expert Consensus on TCM Prevention and Treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)
Objective To further clarify the TCM disease name,etiology,core pathogenesis,disease development,treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)and promote the unified understanding of CO VID-19.Methods This study strictly fol-lowed the standard procedure of guidelines development.After 4 rounds of questionnaire survey,the list of clinical issues was de-termined,the evidence was graded followed the principal of Grading of Recommendations,Assess,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)after document retrieval,and recommendation questionnaires were voted by expert panel.Final expert consensus was formed with nominal group method.Results After 4 rounds of questionnaire survey,14 clinical issues and 12 outcome indicators were identified.After searching 10 606 literatures,145 were finally included and graded.A total of 28 recommendations were formed through the nominative group method of 29 experts,including 4 strong and 24 weak recommendations.Conclusion This consensus strictly follows the guidelines,pays full attention to the advices of front-line clinical experts,and reflects the theoreti-cal ideas of early treatment,comprehensive treatment and the unity of cold and heat for exogenous febrile diseases.On the basis of the latest evidence-based evidence,the expert consensus with higher credibility and maneuverability was formed.
