人参皂苷抗脊髓损伤作用机制的研究进展

脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是一种常见的中枢神经系统创伤性疾病,是神经功能障碍和死亡的主要原因.SCI涉及的病理机制复杂,主要包括炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、脊髓缺血缺氧等.人参皂苷是从五加科植物人参Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.根部提取的一种三萜皂苷类化合物,因其丰富的药理特性,近年来被广泛应用于神经系统疾病的治疗,可以预防和减轻原发性SCI后的继发性损伤,其主要通过抑制神经炎症反应、抗氧化应激、抑制神经细胞凋亡、减轻脊髓水肿、缺血缺氧、抑制胶质瘢痕形成和促进神经细胞修复再生等发挥神经保护作用.主要综述了人参皂苷抗SCI的作用靶点及分子机制,以期为人参皂苷治疗SCI的创新药物研发与临床应用提供依据.
Research Progress on Mechanism of Ginsenosides against Spinal Cord Injury
Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a common traumatic disease of the central nervous system and a major cause of neuro-logical dysfunction and death.The pathological mechanisms involved in SCI are complex,including inflammation,oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,spinal cord ischemia and hypoxia.Ginsenoside is a triterpenoid saponin compound extracted from the roots of Renshen(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.)in the araliaceae family.Because of its rich pharmacological properties,it has been widely used in the treatment of neurological diseases in recent years to prevent and alleviate secondary damage after primary SCI.It is found that it plays a neuroprotective role mainly by inhibiting neuroinflammatory reaction,anti-oxidative stress,inhibiting nerve cell apoptosis,alleviating spinal cord edema,ischemia and hypoxia,inhibiting glial scar formation and promoting nerve cell repair and regeneration.In this paper,the targets and molecular mechanisms of ginsenosides against SCI were reviewed in order to provide a basis for the development and clinical application of innovative drugs for ginsenosides in the treatment of SCI.
