Effect of Modified Longgu Muli Decoction(龙骨牡蛎汤加味)on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Its Influence on TCM Syndrome Elements
Objective To analyze the effect of Modified Longgu Muli Decoction(龙骨牡蛎汤加味)on chronic atrophic gastri-tis and its influence on TCM syndrome elements. Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 56 pa-tients in each group. The control group was treated with bismuth colloid pectin capsule, and the observation group was treated with Modified Longgu Muli Decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differ-ence between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of endothelin(ET)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the level of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRPP)of the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pitts-burgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with chronic atrophic gastritis can get better effects after the treatment of Modified Longgu Muli Decoction which can effectively improve the gastric function of patients, reduce the inflammatory response of the body and promote the rehabilitation of patients, and has high clinical application value.
