摘要

干姜作为常用中药材,具有解热镇痛、保护氧化、消炎抑菌、抗肿瘤等药理作用,并对心血管系统及消化系统有保护作用.其药对在临床应用广泛.整理了近年来CNKI(中国知网)资料中围绕基于干姜-细辛、干姜-附子、干姜-黄连、干姜-当归、干姜-半夏、干姜-厚朴、干姜-薤白、干姜-白术等药对的现代研究及相关网络药理学.对干姜及其药对的研究现状及进展进行综述,为揭示干姜药对应用规律、配伍理论以及今后临床应用等方面提供依据和新的思路.

Abstract

Objective As a commonly used Chinese medicine,Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)has pharmacological effects such as antipyretic and analgesic,protecting oxidation,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and anti-tumor effects,and has protective effects on cardiovascular system and digestive system.Its drug pairs are widely used in clinical practice.This paper sorted out the CNKI data in recent years,based on Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Xixin(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhi-zoma)-Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Gan-jiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Xiebai(Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)and other modern research and related network pharmacology.This paper summarized the research status and progress of Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)and its drugs,and provided the basis and new ideas for revealing the application rule,compatibility theory and future clinical use.
