目的 探讨肾炎康复片联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾脏病(chronickidney diseae，CKD)的疗效及对微炎症状态影响。方法 选取医院收治的CKD病患者86例，随机分为对照组44例和观察组42例。对照组口服复方α-酮酸片，5片/次，3次/d;观察组在此基础上联用肾炎康复片5片/次，3次/d;两组治疗4周，对比两组治疗后疗效、肾脏疾病相关生存质量量表(kidney disease quality of life short form，KDTA)评分、中医证候积分及血清甘油三酯(triglyceride，TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol，TC)和低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein，LDL-c)及超敏 C 反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein，hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin 6，IL-6)水平变化。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为95。24％(40/42);对照组总有效率为72。73％(32/44);治疗后观察组疗效明显较高(P＜0。05);两组KDTA评分均明显降低(P＜0。05)，且观察组降低更明显(P＜0。05);两组血清TG、TC和LDL-C水平、中医证候积分、血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平均明显降低(P＜0。05)，且观察组降低更明显(P＜0。05);两组血清尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen，BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine，Scr)和估算的肾小球滤过率(estimated glomerular filtra-tion rate，eGFR)水平较治疗前均明显降低(P＜0。05)，且观察组改善更显著(P＜0。05)。结论 采用肾炎康复片联合复方α-酮酸片治疗CKD具有较好的临床疗效，可改善机体微炎症状态，多重机制保护肾脏，值得在临床上推广应用。
Curative Effect of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets(肾炎康复片)Combined with Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets on Chronic Kidney Disease and Its Effect on Microinflammation
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets(肾炎康复片)combined with Compound α-Ke-toacid Tablets in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)and its effect on microinflammation.Methods A total of 86 pa-tients with CKD admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group took Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets orally,5 tablets/time,3 times/day.The observation group was treated with Shenyan Kangfu Tablet,5 tablets/time,3 times/day.After4 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect,Kidney Disease Qual-ity of Life short Form(KDTA)score,TCM syndrome scores and the levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observa-tion groupwas 95.24％(40/42).In the control group,the total effective rate was 72.73％(32/44).The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.05).KDTA scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum TG,TC and LDL-C,TCM syndrome scores,the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased in two groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of serum BUN,Scr and eGFR were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the improvement was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with Com-pound α-Ketoacid Tablets have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of CKD,and can improve the micro-inflammatory state,worthy of clinical application.
