摘要
快胃片具有制酸和胃、收敛止痛的功效,是临床治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的常用药物,共识基于临床医生问卷调查和系统文献检索,由42位国内中西医临床、方法学、药学等专家共同研制.证据考虑质量、疗效、安全性、经济性、患者可接受性及其他等方面,推荐标准采用GRADE分级系统,采用名义组法形成共识意见.针对快胃片在慢性浅表性胃炎的应用,共识就其疗效、用法、用量、联合用药、疗程、安全性等进行了推荐或建议.此外,组织专家会议进行集中讨论,并使用函审方式广泛征求全国同行意见,力求为临床合理用药提供科学依据.
Abstract
Kuaiwei Pian(快胃片)have the effects of controlling gastric acid,harmonizing stomach and stopping bleeding by astringent components and are commonly used in chronic superficial gastritis.Based on questionnaire investigation of doctors and systematic literature research on Kuaiwei Pian,the expert consensus statement on Kuaiwei Pian was developed by 42 domestic ex-perts(clinical,methodological and pharmacy aspects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine).Six main considerations of evidence were quality of evidence,curative effect,safety,economical efficiency,patient acceptability and so on.Grading of Rec-ommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluations(GRADE)classification was adopted for evaluating evidence recommen-dation criteria,and the formation of expert consensus adopted the nominal group technique.This consensus focused on the indica-tion,usage and dosage,combination therapy,treatment course and safety of Kuaiwei Pian in chronic superficial gastritis.In addi-tion,expert meetings for centralized discussions were organized,opinions from peers across the countrywidely were solicited through letter review,aiming at providing scientific basis for rational drug use of Kuaiwei Pian by physicians.
