摘要
衰老是指随着年龄的增加,机体的生理功能和组织结构发生的退行性变化.衰老可诱导一系列老年病,严重影响老年人生活质量,进行抗衰老研究对于改善这种状态十分必要.秀丽隐杆线虫(线虫)是目前国际上公认的抗衰老研究首选模式生物,广泛用于抗衰老药物的筛选和药物抗衰老机制研究.某些中药成分很久以来就用于抗衰老,近几年文献报道亦见增多,本文综述了基于秀丽隐杆线虫的中药抗衰老成分研究进展,以助于研究者寻找更多中药抗衰老活性成分.
Abstract
Aging is defined as the degenerative changes in the physiological function and organizational structure of the body with the increasing age.Aging can induce a series of geriatric diseases,which will lead to depressed quality of life in the elderly.The research of anti-aging is particularly necessary to improve this situation.Caenorhabditis elegans (C.elegans) is a model organism for anti-aging research,which has been internationally recognized.It is widely used in the screening of anti-aging drugs and the study of anti-senescence mechanism.Some Chinese herbal ingredients have anti-aging effects,which had been documented since ancient times.This article reviewed the latest research progress of the anti-aging ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine based on C.elegans,which will help researchers discover more anti-aging active ingredients of Chinese medicine.
